Open Gym

Want to get bigger lifts?  Practices movements you wouldn’t normally do?  Or just do a WOD you happened to miss?  Well, Open Gym is now on the schedule and offered midday during the week.  It does not count against punchcard members and you really don’t even have to schedule, just show up!  Keep in mind, it is just open gym, not regular class, so there won’t be as much coaching going on for we will be answering/returning phone calls, emails, cleaning, etc.  But, a coach will be there and you might even score a personal training session out of it.


Set goals and now make it happen!
