Another awesome job this week in the Opens!  More and more Pr’s (Personal Records) set by many.  This is the entire purpose of me wanting you guys to sign up!  You are almost being forced or coaxed in to doing weights and movements you wouldn’t ordinarily do and now you’re gaining the confidence because you are more successful than envisioned!  Top lifters this week on hitting the Pr’s on push press/split jerk: Brittney B., Rachel A., Sheena P.  Also, Theresa F. is sitting in 15th in the world at her division and Kit F. is in 39th!
