| Details: | So, the Opens on Saturday went AWESOME! Great turnout and lots of intensity by all, I’m super impressed by everyone’s performance and effort! Those of you that canceled on Friday after I posted the WOD, I am pretty disappointed in that… “Cherry Picking” is not the way to go, it will create severe weaknesses… It’s JUST a workout. |
