Technical: 5 x 3 Hang Cleans
For Time: Four Rounds of:

10 2:1 Thrusters (95/65)

15 SDHP (95/65)

10 Burpees Over Bar

Stabilization: 4 x 5 x 2  KB Windmills
Details: So, the Opens on Saturday went AWESOME!  Great turnout and lots of intensity by all, I’m super impressed by everyone’s performance and effort!  Those of you that canceled on Friday after I posted the WOD, I am pretty disappointed in that… “Cherry Picking” is not the way to go, it will create severe weaknesses… It’s JUST a workout.
