For Time: Opens Friday!!!7 min AMRAP of:

Burpees

   *Must touch target 6″ above standing max reach

 

If you are doing the Opens on Saturday, do this:

 

21, 15, 9 of:

Power Clean (115/75)

Push Press (115/75)

 

Stabilization:
Details: If you are doing the Open WOD in class to make it count for your score, just do the warm up and whatever else you need to do, don’t do the speed work, plyo’s, or technical lift. 

Also, 0530 class is not second half of testing, I think everyone in there has done all of it…
