Workout Of the Day (Wednesday January 4, 2012)

Technical: 4 x 5 Front Squats

3 x 15 Ball Slams

For Time: Five Rounds of:

300 m Run

50, 40, 30, 20, 10 Double Unders

Followed by 10 Burpees after every round

Stabilization: Tabata Prone Iso’s
Details: 40 Double unders at home or if you happen to use the heavy ropes in here, at the end of class, you still have 40!
