Technical: 4 x 4 Deadlifts
For Time: Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

30 Double Unders

10 OHS (135/95)

Stabilization: 10 Heavy Turkish Get-Ups
Details: Welcome back everyone, Happy New Years!  Hopefully everyone was safe and enjoyed themselves.  January is the month to get better at double unders, so like the holiday burpees, we will be adding 10 double unders each day.  Yesterday was 10, today is 20… No more excuses!  Yes they are frustrating at first, but you’ll get the hang of them
