Technical: 4 x 4 Back Squats
For Time: Three Rounds of:

15 DB Thrusters (50/30)

20 Burpee Box Jumps (30″/24″)

25 Air Squats

 

After all three rounds are completed, perform a 500 m Row

Stabilization: 5 x 12 secs L-Holds
