Technical: 3, 2, 1, 1, 1 Thrusters (From the rack, not floor)
For Time: Four Rounds of:

10 KB Snatch Right Arm (53/35)

10 KB Snatch Left Arm (53/35)

20 OH KB Alternating Lunges (53/35)

10 Pullups

Stabilization: 5 x 12 Secs Hollow Rock
Details: 6 Burpees

 

Again, The Burpee Challenge is just a simple way to practice a movement that most despise… By the end of the month of December, should you choose to do every day of burpees, you’ll have knocked out 1488 burpees!!!  It’s a way to get better at an exercise and excited when they come up in a WOD, plus, depending on how hard you attack them each time, you can burn up to 3 calories a burpee.  That’s close to 4500 calories over the month from just extra exertion!  Bring on the holiday cookies!  Just an FYI, 3500 = 1 solid pound of fat.
