With a continuous running clock, complete as many reps as possible for each of the five movements with 60 second rotations and a minute rest after all five have been completed, perform three rounds of this:
Push Press (75/45)
Ball Slams (30/20)
Box Jumps (24″/18″)
Burpees Over 6″ Hurdle

here will be lots of rest between events to allow an all out max effort for each thing!
