Using the same bar for the first 5 movements at (135/95):

10 Power Snatch

20 Power Cleans

30 Thrusters

40 Deadlifts

50 Push Press

60 Box Jumps (30″24″)

70 Pullups

80 Pushups

90 Situps

100 Air Squats

Details: Don't get scared by the WOD, if you decide to cancel because it's a tough WOD, we WILL find out and the consequences will be worse than the WOD…  Just pace yourself, it's truly not that bad.  On the lighter side, it will be a 40 min time cap!
