Technical: 5 x 4 Back Squats
For Time: Three Rounds of:

10 Burpees

20 Power Cleans (115/75)

30 Wall Ball

40 Situp


Stabilization: 100 Disc Squats
Details: Please pay attention to the schedule changes for the next couple of weeks!!!!  We will just run it as a “trial” period.  Be patient please!
