Technical: 5 x 5 Split Snatch
For Time: Complete the Following using the Same KB (70/44)

50 KB Swings

400 m Run

40 KB Goblet Squats

400 m Run

30 KB Burpees -Perform a burpee with KB in one hand, no clap overhead

400 m Run with KB

Stabilization: 100 KB Seated Russian Twists
