Workout Of the Day (Thursday September 08 2011)


5 x 4 Back Squats

For Time:


Complete AMRAP in 20 min of:

5 Pullups

10 Pushups

15 Air Squats


10 min of same as above.


100 Seated Russian Twists


You must call or email ahead of time if it is your first time in order to get you on the scheduler!  Punctuality is also very important, we are very prompt with our start times, and ESPECIALLY if it is your first time, it is imperative that you show up early.  There will be a lot of information to take in, being late might cause feelings of being lost, an inadequate warm up (increasing risk of injury), and will slow the class down for the ones that were here on time as scheduled, take it upon yourself to ensure you can make it.
