Details: A nice email: “Thank you for introducing me to crossfit. When I walked in to see what crossfit was all about; I was offered a week of free classes and explained to me that I would either love it or hate it. I LOVE IT! The team atmosphere and the kick ass work-outs left me feeling inspired and excited about what I accomplished.”


If you sign up for a class, show up!  Or take it upon yourself to cancel either by doing it online, calling, or emailing.  This weekend was absolutely ridiculous with no shows!!!  Not exceptable.  Other people were unable to sign up for classes due to your selfishness of holding a spot and not showing.  Be courteous of others.
