Technical: 5 x 3 Hang Cleans
For Time: Four Rounds of:

20 DB Ground to overhead (50/30)

15 Box Jumps (30″/24″)

200 m Run

Stabilization: EMOM perform 30 situps for 4 rounds
Details: Newbies, YOU MUST either call ahead or email us to confirm a spot in one of the classses!  Ensure you show up early to whatever class it is you are showing up to, especially your first time!  If you just show up unannounced and if it’s your first time, chances are, you will not be taking the class, they fill up!
