Holiday Burpee Challenge!

For the elimination of those extra pounds this holiday season, we are going to do a burpee challenge!  Each day starting tomorrow, Thanksgiving, if you are up for the challenge of keeping the holiday weight off and bettering your ability to perform burpees, do 3 burpees each day, then add 3 burpees each day.  The first day of the challenge, perform 3 burpees, the second day, perform 6, the third day, perform 9…  We will be doing them at the end of each class too so I will be able to tell if you are doing them at home!  If you workout on your own, still do them!
