Well, today went great!  Rocklin CrossFit was represented very well by:

There were some great explosive athletes, and the overall winner is ranked very high in the National USAW Circuit.  It was a first time for all of us representing RCF, and we let everyone know how we roll!  I’m not entirely sure as to how everyone scored, but nonetheless everyone did great!  The Tommy Kono OPEN, USAW Olympic Lifting Competition is being held on August 7th, today was great practice for it!  The judging is EXTREMELY strict, so if you thought I was strict, I’m definitely changed now!

Kudos to all that competed, I had a blast!
