Happy St. Patrick’s Day everyone!  The weather has been beautiful lately, so lets soak up the sun with a little running.  To help get in the holiday spirit, this WOD may make some of us feel green!

 

TECHNICAL:

Back Squats     5 x 5

 

5 ROUNDS FOR TIME:

5 Thrusters (135/95)

10 Burpees

400m Run

 

STABILIZATION:

Toes-to-Bar      5 x Max
