Technique:

Cleans                  4 x 8

Front Squat Jerk     5 x 5

“G 10”:

Every two minutes, perform the following 5 times for 10 rounds:

One bar is needed for the duration of the workout (95/65)

Clean Pulls

Hang Squat Cleans

Thrusters

Front Squats

Push Press

Stabilizers:

OHS on stability discs   3 x 15
